I have had three strokes

There was a day when I’ve been to physiotherapy having had one of the strokes. I got onto the bus, the bus jerked and I fell over. There was a lady on the bus who came to help me. I was in tears and she said to me "are you okay?"

She asked me what happened to me, and I said I've had a mini stroke. She tapped my shoulder said "don’t worry, I have had the same thing." She was an older lady in her 70s, she had high heels, she had her nails done, she looked really fantastic . And I looked at her thought well if she could do that I can do that too. And that basically changed me, so I started to not feel down about my issue. You have to fight or you go under.
