I was an English teacher in Bradford for 30 years. When I retired in 2016, I started to volunteer at Conversation Club Leeds, where asylum seekers and refugees come along every week to chat, make friends and practise speaking in English.

I really enjoy helping people from other countries to improve their English. It is also nice to spend time in the great city of Leeds.
