Get him out now
Robert Millson
In 1961, the very severe gales blew our chimney through the roof on my mam's side of the bed. She’s just got out of bed to have a wee in the bucket and the all chimney came down on her side of the bed. So me mam grabbed me sister and me dad grabbed me, but then he put me down because he wanted to put his trousers on. Tthe wind was blowing and more slates were falling and me mam went hysterical and shouted “Get him out now!”
